Job description.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Fresher to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The primary focus of this role is to assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the field who are interested in learning about sales and lead generation techniques.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads through online databases, social media, and other tools.
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and gathering necessary information.
  • Maintain and update our CRM with accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with email and phone outreach to prospective clients, setting up appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor lead engagement and provide feedback to improve outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong research and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
