Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of quality supplies.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant maintenance and cleanliness.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff across kitchen, service, and administration.
  • Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings.
  • Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and handle staff performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment to reduce turnover.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

Financial & Inventory Control

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and banking procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and ordering efficiency.

Marketing & Business Growth

  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and online reputation management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and HR departments for special events, parties, and conferences.
  • Develop new ideas to improve sales and enhance customer experience.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and company policies (FSSAI, labor laws, etc.).
  • Maintain all operational documentation and licenses up to date.
  • Coordinate with HR for hiring, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
