We are expanding our reach and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling Specula's online marketing efforts, generating and managing online leads, and coordinating all offline marketing activities. The role demands strong expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SMM, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) – posting, engagement, and growth of brand presence.
  • Optimize website and content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic reach.
  • Run and manage SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and PPC campaigns for quality lead generation.
  • Handle and nurture online leads, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with the sales team.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (blogs, social media posts, creatives, videos).
  • Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in construction, interiors, or real estate industry).
  • Strong knowledge of SMM, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with design/content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, basic video editing, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and generate quality leads online.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage).
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
