Key Responsibilities Operations Service Management Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning across all departments Maintain high standards of food quality presentation hygiene and service Ensure compliance with health and safety food handling and sanitation regulations Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of quality supplies Monitor and manage restaurant maintenance and cleanliness Team Management Lead train and supervise restaurant staff across kitchen service and administration Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings Schedule shifts manage attendance and handle staff performance evaluations Foster a positive and professional work environment to reduce turnover Customer Experience Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction Handle guest complaints or feedback promptly and professionally Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business Financial Inventory Control Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports Manage budgets control costs and ensure profitability targets are met Oversee cash handling billing and banking procedures Monitor inventory levels wastage and ordering efficiency Marketing Business Growth Support marketing initiatives promotions and online reputation management Coordinate with marketing and HR departments for special events parties and conferences Develop new ideas to improve sales and enhance customer experience Compliance Administration Ensure compliance with all statutory and company policies FSSAI labor laws etc Maintain all operational documentation and licenses up to date Coordinate with HR for hiring payroll and disciplinary actions Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
