Key Responsibilities

  1. Office & Administrative Management

  2. Handle day-to-day office coordination, correspondence, filing, and record keeping.

  3. Manage office supplies, facilities, and upkeep of IT/equipment.

  4. HR & Staff Support

  5. Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.

  6. Support recruitment, on boarding, and employee welfare.

  7. Arrange staff travel, accommodation, and logistics (including visas if required).

  8. Project Coordination & Documentation

  9. Assist with project-related documentation, permits, and tender submissions.

  10. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

  11. Maintain project drawings, contracts, approvals, and document control systems.

  12. Compliance, Licensing & Legal Support

  13. Ensure timely renewals of licenses, insurances, and statutory documents.

  14. Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance records.

  15. Liaise with legal advisors/consultants for non-financial legal matters.

  16. Client, Vendor & Public Relations

  17. Manage scheduling of meetings, follow-ups, and official correspondence.

  18. Act as liaison with government departments, local authorities, and utility service providers.

  19. Support company PR activities (social media updates, brochures, image-building initiatives if no dedicated marketing team).

  20. Agreement Preparation & Records

  21. Draft and format agreements/contracts (with inputs from management/finance).

  22. Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and vendors to finalize documents.

  23. Maintain both physical and digital copies of all signed agreements.

  24. Meetings & Minutes Management

  25. Organize management and project review meetings.

  26. Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) to concerned parties.

  27. Procurement & Logistics (Non-Technical)

  28. Handle procurement of general office and non-technical items (stationery, IT accessories, safety equipment, uniforms).

  29. Support coordination with Procurement/Engineering teams for technical materials (cement, steel, MEP items).

  30. Manage company vehicles, drivers, and logistics support.

  31. Insurance & Staff Welfare

  32. Manage project insurance policies, staff medical insurance, and renewals.

  33. Support in employee safety and welfare-related documentation.

  34. Facility & Asset Management

  35. Oversee maintenance of office buildings and site offices (cleaning, security, utilities).

  36. Maintain and update asset register (computers, printers, furniture, projectors).

  37. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support

  38. Support safety induction for new employees if no dedicated HSE team.

  39. Manage PPE (helmets, jackets, safety shoes) distribution and stock.

  40. Organize safety posters, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
