Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and office administration. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: JD preparation, job postings, screening, interviews & onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, employee files, and documentation.
- Process payroll inputs monthly (attendance, leave, overtime).
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, late marks, and employee discipline.
- Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and SOPs.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, exits & full & final settlements.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Maintain office documentation and compliance registers.
- Coordinate meetings, and office maintenance when required.
- Ensure a professional office environment and support day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA/ MSW in HR preferred).
- 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred/ Freshers can also Apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Malayalam).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently.
