Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate faculty members to teach and mentor students enrolled in MBA and M.Com programs through distance education mode. The ideal candidate should have strong academic expertise, digital teaching skills, and the ability to deliver engaging online sessions while supporting learners throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and interactive online classes for MBA / M.Com courses as per the syllabus.
  • Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  • Conduct webinars, discussion sessions, and virtual doubt-clearing classes.
  • Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Guide students in academic projects and research work.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in management and commerce education.
  • Support in curriculum review, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university.
  • Prefer teaching experience (experience in distance or online education preferred).
  • Strong subject knowledge in areas like Management, Finance, Marketing, HR, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and online teaching skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, virtual classroom tools, and digital evaluation methods.
