We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating with staff, supporting management, and handling communication efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a professional work environment.
Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
