**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Control**:

- Manage the documentation process for all purchase transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and related correspondence.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of procurement documents.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
- Verify and cross-reference documents to ensure consistency and completeness.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any documentation-related compliance issues.
- **Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication between the procurement team and other relevant departments.
- Provide necessary documentation support during audits and reviews.
- **Vendor Documentation**:

- Collect and organize documentation from vendors, including certificates of compliance, quality assurance documents, and other necessary certifications.
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of vendor-provided documents.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on procurement documentation status, highlighting any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial and inventory reports.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of the documentation process.
- Propose and implement enhancements to documentation management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
