Office Assistant Draftswoman

Key Responsibilities:
Office Assistance:
Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Prepare quotations
Support coordination between design, production, and sales departments.
Drafting Work:
Prepare and set technical drawings in sheets for cutting, bending, and fabrication of products.
Ensure all dimensions, markings, and details are accurate and ready for production.
Coordinate with engineers and the production team to finalize layouts and material requirements.
Maintain and update all drawing files and ensure they comply with company standards.
Provide clear, organized documentation for workshop and assembly teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
