**Job Title**: Office Assistant
**Location**: Manjeri, Malappuram
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Advertising Support & Campaign Execution**
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials such as POPs, brochures, flyers, and standees.
- Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and advertising bills.
- Help track advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and support the team in meeting project deadlines.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the advertising and marketing departments.
**2. Vendor Coordination & Management**
- Source and invite quotations from multiple vendors for advertising and promotional requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable deals.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate and follow up on vendor payments in a timely manner.
**3. Administrative & Documentation Tasks**
- Maintain accurate records of all advertising-related activities including invoices, approvals, and quotations.
- Perform documentation, report generation, and data entry as required.
**4. Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage data efficiently and support reporting activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 0-2 year experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is an advantage.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
