Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding client needs, and providing suitable financial product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining updated knowledge of the financial products offered by the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales and customer relationship management experience
  • Market research and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
