Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our EZY fleet franchise network. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Network Expansion professional with a proven track record in franchise sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees.
Network Expansion: End to End ownership of franchisee identification to onboarding process.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast sales accurately.
Negotiation: Pitch franchisee proposal and negotiate franchise agreements.
Events/MeetUps: Participate in Franchisee development events, franchisee meets/webinars.
Team Management: Manage a team of sales executives and inside sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
4-8 years of experience in franchise or business development.
Preferable experience in franchise fleet/logistics/automobile industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong understanding of the franchise business model and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Preferences: Marathi (MUST), English & Hindi.
