Purpose of the Job
As a Franchise Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage franchise operations, ensuring brand standards, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. The role combines strategic planning, training, operational support, and performance management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Visit franchise locations to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and resolve issues.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to suggest improvements and boost efficiency.
- Work with franchisees to align plans with company goals.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and profitability.
- Provide training and support for franchise staff.
- Ensure smooth operations of company-owned outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and customers.
- Support new store openings, working with franchise owners and vendors.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in performance appraisals and feedback.
- Implement solutions for franchise challenges and provide conflict resolution training.
- Identify skill gaps, develop, and deliver training programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and sales teams for alignment.
- Manage franchise renewals and support development.
- Act as the key contact between franchisees and corporate office.
Financial Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for operational areas.
- Implement cost-saving measures and ensure budget compliance.
- Allocate costs effectively across departments/projects.
- Contribute to financial planning and forecasting.
- Review and approve expenditures and financial decisions.
- Negotiate costs and terms with vendors to maximize value.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹550, ₹750,000.00 per year
