Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. This role is integral to ensuring efficient operational management within our organization. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a strong ability to support HR operations and project management efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in operational management, crucial for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the seamless functionality of all business processes. (Mandatory skill)
  • Capability in university management essential for handling educational partnerships and collaborations effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in HR operations management to facilitate efficient human resources processes and workforce management. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong project management skills necessary for planning, executing, and closing projects successfully within time and budget constraints.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management essential for resource planning and product lifecycle oversight to improve overall efficiency.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to integrate various business processes and enhance operational coordination.
  • Experience in inventory management to ensure that stock levels are maintained efficiently, minimizing surplus or shortage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage teams and projects smoothly, ensuring all tasks are completed as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures aimed at enhancing productivity and compliance.
  • Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of objectives within budget constraints and meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinate with university partners and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to facilitate mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Support HR operations by facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management tasks in coordination with the HR team.
  • Monitor supply chain activities to ensure effective resource allocation and timely delivery of services or products to clients.
  • Utilize ERP software to streamline processes and improve information flow across departments.
  • Ensure effective inventory management by tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and managing replenishment activities.
