Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for our co-living operations in Pune. As an on-site, full-time role, the Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth management of properties, and provide a high-quality living experience for residents. Responsibilities include managing property staff, handling resident queries, ensuring property maintenance, optimizing occupancy rates, monitoring budgets, and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee property staff and create a collaborative work environment.
- Operational and organizational skills, including experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
- Budgeting, financial management, and analytical skills to track expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to address residents' needs and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in managing co-living spaces, serviced apartments, or hospitality services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable.
