Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Pune. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and maintaining properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments. The individual will also handle budgeting, inventory management, vendor relationships, and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, operations, and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage budgets and handle inventory
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
