Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Pune for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, creating business plans, and managing the franchising process. Daily tasks include identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting franchise opportunities, negotiating terms, and guiding new franchisees through the setup process. The role requires effective communication, business planning, and franchise sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
  • Business Planning and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
