We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to actively generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth for our training institute. This role involves fieldwork where the primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, pitch our training programs, and ensure successful partnerships with schools, colleges, corporations, and other educational institutions.
*Key Responsibilities*:
*Lead Generation*: Identify and reach out to potential leads in the educational sector, including schools, colleges, corporate clients, and other training institutions.
*Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their training needs and offer tailored solutions.
*Sales Presentations*: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training programs to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition.
*Market Research*: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position the training programs.
*Follow-ups and Negotiation*: Handle negotiations, address client queries, and close deals by ensuring clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded.
*Networking*: Attend local events, educational conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish new business contacts.
*Sales Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead conversion rates, reporting to the sales manager regularly.
*Collaboration*: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to develop promotional materials, improve offerings, and streamline the sales process.
*Customer Support*: Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
*Qualifications and Skills*:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in education or training sectors).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork and traveling.
Knowledge of the training industry and an understanding of corporate and educational clients' needs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Preferred*:
- Prior experience in sales or business development in training institutes or educational services.
*Compensation*:
- Competitive salary with attractive commission structure based on lead conversion and sales performance.
