Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage workflow, and ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and adheres to all health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the kitchen brigade, assigning roles and assessing performance to ensure a motivated and skilled team.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage food inventory, monitor food costs, and maintain budget, minimizing waste and ensuring resources meet business needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with front-of-house staff to resolve customer feedback, ensure an exceptional dining experience, and uphold brand standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure the kitchen complies with all relevant food safety regulations, such as HACCP.
