Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head Chef with 12+ years of experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in Mediterranean, healthy cuisine, multi-cuisine (Asian, Japanese, Continental, and global gourmet offerings) with a proven track record in 5-star luxury hotels and high-end restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver world-class dining experiences.
  • Design, plan, and execute premium menus across multi-cuisine formats (Mediterranean, Asian, Japanese, Continental, and healthy food).
  • Ensure consistency, creativity, and high standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to curate menus aligned with brand positioning.
  • Oversee inventory management, food costing, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with international standards.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs to uphold excellence.
  • Innovate with seasonal, healthy, and fine dining trends to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in 5-star luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean, healthy cuisine, Asian, Japanese, Continental, and multi-cuisine specialties.
  • Proven ability to manage large culinary teams and deliver exceptional fine dining standards.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and menu development expertise.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high consistency.
  • Knowledge of food safety, HACCP standards, and international kitchen operations.

Compensation & Benefits:
