We are looking for a skilled Head Chef to lead our Continental cuisine team, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and managing high-quality dishes.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase expertise in Continental cuisine.
- Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure excellent culinary skills.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and its techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
