Job Title: Bid Executive – IT Software Services
Location: Anna nagar
Department: Business Development / Pre-Sales
Reports To: Bid Manager / Business Development Head
Job Summary
The Bid Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire bid and proposal process within the IT Software Services domain. This role involves coordinating with technical, sales, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals that highlight our IT solutions and services, ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track IT software service opportunities from tender portals, RFPs, and client requests and upwork
- Analyze client requirements, scope of work, and prepare detailed bid plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, solution architects, project managers, finance) to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Draft, format, and finalize technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
- Ensure all proposals comply with RFP requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge repository of standard IT proposals, case studies, and reusable content.
- Manage bid timelines, schedules, and ensure error-free submissions.
- Participate in bid review meetings and support negotiation/clarification rounds with clients.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT software services (application development, cloud, digital transformation, support & maintenance, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams and convert complex inputs into client-friendly proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of proposal automation tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, or proposal writing within IT software services.
- Familiarity with global IT outsourcing and consulting processes is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
