We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage and execute end-to-end tender processes for government and corporate projects. The role involves tender preparation, submission, documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance handling to ensure successful participation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and analyze government, PSU, and corporate tenders (State & Central).
  • Prepare, review, and submit RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and GeM bids accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and finance teams for bid documents.
  • Track tender status, EMD, PBG, and manage pre- and post-bid activities.
  • Build strong liaisons with tendering authorities, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and MIS reports of tenders.
  • Support management in tender presentations, negotiations, and closures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business/Management or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years' experience in Tendering / Govt. Bidding / GeM.
  • Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals and bid documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender platforms.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (Hindi is a must).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216, ₹350,000.00 per year
