Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive / Team Lead – Data to manage and analyze large datasets, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and hands-on experience working in the data industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data-related projects and a small data operations team.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and other tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Business, and Tech) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data operations.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the data industry (analytics, data operations, or reporting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately.
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in data automation and reporting processes.
