Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage and execute end-to-end tender processes for government and corporate projects. The role involves tender preparation, submission, documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance handling to ensure successful participation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Source and analyze government, PSU, and corporate tenders (State & Central).

Prepare, review, and submit RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and GeM bids accurately and on time.

Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and finance teams for bid documents.

Track tender status, EMD, PBG, and manage pre- and post-bid activities.

Build strong liaisons with tendering authorities, vendors, and stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and MIS reports of tenders.

Support management in tender presentations, negotiations, and closures.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Commerce/Business/Management or equivalent.

2–5 years' experience in Tendering / Govt. Bidding / GeM.

Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals and bid documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender platforms.

Excellent written & verbal communication (Hindi is a must).

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹210, ₹300,000.00 per year
