Commercial Facility Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the full commercial building and three coworking hubs in Kolkata. Your role will involve ensuring smooth daily operations, managing maintenance and vendor relationships, handling budgets, optimizing space utilization, and maintaining high standards of safety and hospitality across the facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the building and coworking spaces - Coordinate maintenance schedules and safety compliance - Manage vendor contracts for housekeeping, security, and maintenance - Optimize space based on occupancy trends and member needs - Maintain appliances, office furniture, and building infrastructure - Prepare and manage annual facilities budget - Track operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities - Address member issues promptly and ensure a welcoming environment - Supervise facility management staff and conduct training on safety procedures Qualifications Required: - Possess 1.5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in coworking, hospitality, or commercial real estate - Have good communication skills in English - Demonstrate expertise in vendor sourcing, budgeting, and maintenance oversight - Understand compliance, fire safety, and building regulations - Be tech-savvy with knowledge of facility management tools - Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities independently This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The job location is in B B D Bagh, Kolkata, West Bengal. It requires in-person work and a reliable commute or relocation before starting. Preferred education is a Bachelor's degree. Experience in space planning & asset management, interior civil work, electricals, plumbing, HVAC, surveillance systems, facility management, and the coworking space industry is preferred. Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in English are also preferred.,
