Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The CRM Manager will oversee day-to-day CRM activities, manage customer relationships, develop and implement CRM strategies, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams. The role includes analyzing customer data, segmenting the market for targeted campaigns, and using project management skills to ensure timely execution of CRM projects and initiatives.

- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with teams
- Sales and Market Segmentation experience to effectively target and engage customers
- Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee CRM projects
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in facility management or related industry is a plus
