About the Role

We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to manage client relationships, visit customers within the assigned area, and support business growth. This is a full-time, salaried position with additional incentives as per company policy. This is not a door-to-door or multi-level marketing role.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Visits & Relationship Management

  • Visit clients within the assigned territory (pre-assigned leads)
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support

Sales & Consultation

  • Explain product features and benefits to clients
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
  • Support the sales cycle from introduction to closure

Market Awareness

  • Gather information on customer needs and market trends
  • Share insights to help improve products and services

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and updates
  • Submit weekly progress reports to the manager

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service support
  • Contribute to meeting team targets

QualificationsRequired

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
