Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to manage client relationships, visit customers within the assigned area, and support business growth. This is a full-time, salaried position with additional incentives as per company policy. This is not a door-to-door or multi-level marketing role.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Visits & Relationship Management
- Visit clients within the assigned territory (pre-assigned leads)
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support
Sales & Consultation
- Explain product features and benefits to clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Support the sales cycle from introduction to closure
Market Awareness
- Gather information on customer needs and market trends
- Share insights to help improve products and services
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and updates
- Submit weekly progress reports to the manager
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service support
- Contribute to meeting team targets
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Basic understanding of sales processes
