About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our growing
dealer/distribution network
in the
water motors and pumps industry
.

If you have strong field sales experience and enjoy meeting customers, developing markets, and closing deals, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit
    dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors, and project sites
    to promote and sell water motors and pumps.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying
    new sales opportunities
    .
  • Achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    within the assigned territory.
  • Provide
    product information, pricing, and quotations
    to clients.
  • Gather
    market feedback
    on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the office team for
    order processing, delivery, and payment follow-up
    .
  • Ensure strong
    after-sales support
    and maintain customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum qualification:
    Diploma / Graduate
    in Mechanical, Electrical, or Business field.
  • Experience:
    2–5 years in
    field sales of water motors, pumps, or related electrical/mechanical products.
  • Strong
    communication and negotiation
    skills.
  • Must have a
    two-wheeler
    and willingness to
    travel extensively
    within the region.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident working independently in the field.
