About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with excellent communication skills and strong experience in high-ticket IT sales closing. The ideal candidate should have at least
2 years of proven experience
in selling IT services/products and managing end-to-end sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, etc.).
  • Conduct meetings, product demos, and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Handle
    high-ticket closing
    confidently and professionally.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal delivery team to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in IT sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in
    closing high-ticket value deals
    .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software, and digital marketing.
  • CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Professional, confident, and target-driven attitude.

Work Model:
