industrial or food process automation
will be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company's IT products and services in competitive markets.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to design go-to-market (GTM) strategies for software, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to strengthen market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage digital marketing, PR, and corporate communications for both domestic and international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to meet organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of proven experience
    in marketing within the
    IT or technology sector
    .
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
