They also play a key role in developing marketing materials, setting sales goals, and managing budgets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:Creating and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership:Leading, motivating, and managing sales and marketing teams, setting performance targets, and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Conducting market research to identify target audiences, understand customer preferences, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Campaign Management:Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Sales Operations:Managing the sales process, tracking sales activities, forecasting sales, and ensuring efficient lead generation and conversion.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Budget Management:Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking sales and marketing performance, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Adaptability:Adapting to changing market conditions, emerging trends, and new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time
