Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities also include market research, creating campaigns, building client relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing regular sales performance reports to drive business growth.

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Promotion
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analysis for identifying market trends
  • Experience in Team Leadership and collaborative teamwork
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or housing industry is an advantage
