Founded in 2018, we've collaborated with companies across the globe to deliver premium video content with real business impact.Role DescriptionWe are looking for aSales Managerwho canconvert inbound leads into actual sales, nurture potential clients, and build strong long-term relationships.The ideal candidate has experience sellingexplainer videos, animations, or creative media servicesand understands theend-to-end production workflow(from script > storyboard > design > animation > delivery).This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility to work remotely on select occasions.ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert qualified leads generated through inbound channels.Conduct intro calls, understand client requirements, and pitch the right package.Create proposals, follow-ups, and maintain CRM updates.Work closely with the Creative & Production team for smooth handover post-sales.Meet monthly revenue targets with a structured and solution-driven approach.QualificationsStrong sales and client relationship management skills2–5+ years of proven sales experience in video production / animation / creative agency industry.Strong communication & presentation skills (English is a must as we deal with International clients).Solid understanding of explainer video production workflow and terminology.A proactive, self-driven attitude with consistent follow-up discipline.Marketing expertise, including strategic planning and campaign executionExperience in market research, analysis, and identifying growth opportunitiesProficiency in analytics tools to measure marketing and sales performanceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environmentKnowledge of video production or media-related industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPerks & BenefitsPerformance-based incentives + Attractive commissions.Opportunity to work with global SaaS & tech brands.Creative, supportive, fast-growing team environment.
