We are Hiring for Sales and Marketing Manager for our Foundry Manufacturing in Coimbatore

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Experience: 12 24 Years

Location: Chennai

Industry: Forgings / Automotive / Heavy Engineering / Industrial Components

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional with deep expertise in B2B Business Development. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing new markets, managing key customer relationships, expanding OEM and Tier-1 accounts, and leading marketing strategies to strengthen the organizations footprint in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new customers (domestic & export markets) in automotive, railways, defense, energy, and heavy engineering sectors.
  • Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the forging sector.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead price negotiations, contract closures, and ensure smooth order execution.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead sales & marketing teams to deliver on targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and quality teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Marketing & Branding: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance visibility and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales & marketing of Castings & forgings or related engineered components.
  • Strong network with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and international buyers.
  • Expertise in forging processes, machining, and applications across industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to international markets (Europe / US / Asia) is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive performance-oriented culture.
