Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Development Representative, located in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining sales pipelines, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires effective communication with prospects to understand their needs and presenting solutions that align with Yorosis Technologies' offerings. Daily tasks include inside sales, cold calling, emailing, and performing sales demos to potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to implement business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new business leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking lead progress and conversion metrics.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to communicate Yoro flow's value.
- Collaborate with
digital marketing
to improve
inbound lead quality
and campaign effectiveness. - Support product demos and ensure prospects understand key features and ROI.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to improving sales workflows and tools.
Qualification
- 6+ years
in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar SaaS sales roles. - Proven success in achieving or exceeding
sales and pipeline targets. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills. - Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Yoroflow CRM, etc.). - Knowledge of
sales methodologies
, digital marketing alignment, and pipeline management. - Proactive, analytical, and target-driven
with strong teamwork skills.
