Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing feedback to improve products and services. The Field Sales Representative will actively engage with prospects and clients to promote company offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Target Achievement skills
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic understanding of sales analytics
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the defined area
