Work Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)
to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare clients, specifically targeting doctors and medical professionals across the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads within the healthcare industry, focusing on doctors and medical practices. - Direct Presentations:
Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos to explain products, services, and value propositions to potential clients. - Follow-ups:
Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up calls, emails, and CRM updates to convert prospects into clients. - Client Onboarding:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful account setup. - Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in healthcare or related sectors).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Business Development
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary:
Up to ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance). - Incentives:
