Job Description:
Seeking results-oriented Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of SAP solutions and international sales , Ideal candidate is a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in international sales, strategy development, and a deep understanding of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including extensive international cold calling, sales automation, CRM utilization, and onsite client management experience. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing revenue, creating an omnichannel sales strategy, building and managing a core sales team, and working closely on SAP related consulting services.

Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy that includes cold calling, market analysis, and client acquisition in alignment with SAP related consulting services. · Leverage your extensive SAP knowledge to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and close sales deals effectively. · Create and implement omnichannel sales strategies that utilize digital, social media, and traditional methods to maximize reach and effectiveness. · Utilize sales automation tools and CRM systems to streamline sales processes and manage client relationships. · Lead a sales team, set targets, provideguidance and support team to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth. · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. · Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to adapt the sales strategy. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. · Represent the company onsite during client meetings and negotiations. · Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of SAP related consulting services.
Qualifications: · Minimum 10 years of business development experience with a focus on SAP solutions and international sales. · Proven success in international cold calling, client management, and revenue generation. · Extensive knowledge of SAP and its applications. · Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
