We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and tech-savvy Sales Executive / Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, loves solving problems, and is ready to take on challenges in the software sales domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with a strong interest in software sales.
  • High motivation, target-driven, and comfortable taking up challenges.
  • Should be willing to work in different time zones to cover mutiple regions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand software solutions quickly.
  • Ability to learn fast, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
