Business Development Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion within the dynamic education sector. This pivotal role is perfect for a passionate professional ready to drive significant growth, forge key partnerships, and ensure our innovative solutions are instrumental in the success of schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
Responsibilities:
Driving Strategic Growth & Sales
Identify and Win New Business: Proactively research, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the K-12 and Higher Education landscape.
- Exceed Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass ambitious sales and business development goals by successfully negotiating and closing new contracts.
Product Champion: Masterfully present and articulate the distinct value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients, effectively demonstrating how they solve specific institutional challenges.
Building and Nurturing Partnerships
Relationship Management: Develop, cultivate, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with critical decision-makers and key stakeholders within the education community.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing team to design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns and growth strategies.
Voice of the Customer: Act as the vital link between our clients and internal teams by gathering and relaying constructive client feedback to influence and inform future product development.
Market Intelligence & Performance
Industry Expertise: Continuously track industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to ensure we maintain a sharp competitive edge.
- Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular, insightful reports on sales pipeline status, market performance, and competitive analysis to inform leadership decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Proven, successful track record in sales or business development. Prior experience in the Ed-Tech industry is strongly preferred.
- Essential Skills: Exceptional proficiency in communication, public speaking, negotiation, and professional presentation.
- Work Ethic: The ability to excel both independently in managing a territory and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Technical Acumen: Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage the sales lifecycle.
- Language Advantage: Fluency in English and Tamil will be a significant asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
