Job Overview
As a Senior Business Development executive at Signpost Technology, you will be based in Coimbatore and will handle full-time responsibilities aimed at expanding our market presence. The role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. You will be expected to identify and convert new business opportunities, drive sales strategies, and collaborate across various functions to achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to efficiently manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and make informed business decisions based on the insights derived.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different functional areas to drive business objectives and optimize company performance.
- Experience in developing effective B2B sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve and surpass set sales targets.
- Proven capability in market research and analysis for identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Understanding of digital marketing tactics to aid in reaching and engaging a larger audience and boosting brand visibility.
- Expert negotiation and closing techniques essential for finalizing deals and improving conversion rates.
- Effective customer segmentation skills to enable targeted marketing and reach the most relevant customer segments.

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data, extracting insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead negotiations and closing efforts, ensuring favorable terms and successful partnership agreements.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Report directly to senior management, providing insights and feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.
