Urgent opening for Solar sales Executive- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Incentives and Allowances

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate commercial solar leads through field visits, market research, and customer interactions.
  • Meet commercial, industrial, and institutional clients to understand their solar requirements.
  • Present company products, propose suitable solar solutions, and prepare quotations.
  • Conduct site assessments along with the technical team when required.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain sales reports, update CRM/ERP tools, and share daily field activity updates.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams for project execution.
  • Participate in sales promotions, marketing activities, and customer events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a point of contact for post-sales follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Male candidates aged up to 35 years only.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
  • Graduation/diploma in any field; engineering background is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Experience in solar sales/commercial sales is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives.
  • TA/DA for field travel as per company policy.
