This role encompasses pre -sales activities, admissions, and overall program coordination, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for each learner, from enrollment to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with prospective students/clients to meet enrollment targets and support their learning journey effectively.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; counsel prospective candidates on program structure, benefits, and career prospects.Conduct timely follow -ups with leads through calls, emails, and messaging to drive conversions.Serve as the single point of contact for enrolled students, addressing queries and providing guidance throughout the program lifecycle. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.Fresh graduates (2025 pass -outs) with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and the skilling/education industry.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
