Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Sales & Strategic Partnerships (for new BTN's AI and CPG platforms division) to lead the global sales expansion of BTN AI Platforms. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling a world-class sales organization, driving enterprise deals, and forging global partnerships that accelerate BTN's position as the leader in AI-driven solutions for the consumer packaged goods and beverage industries.

You will own the global sales strategy, grow revenue across international markets, and work directly with the Founder and CEO to define the future of BTN's AI division.

Overview

At BTN, we are building an ecosystem of Artificial Intelligence platforms designed to help beverage and CPG companies scale smarter. Our solutions combine verified buyer data, real-time market intelligence, matchmaking, and sales enablement tools to empower brands to grow globally without large in-house teams.

We are now looking for a proven sales leader to scale BTN AI Platforms worldwide through enterprise sales and strategic industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team (SDRs, AEs, partnership managers).
  • Global Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales strategies across North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Enterprise Sales: Lead high-value deals with top CPG, beverage, and retail companies.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with distributors, retailers, trade associations, technology partners, and event organizers.
  • Revenue Growth: Own and exceed revenue targets across BTN AI Platforms.
  • Sales Operations: Establish playbooks, processes, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM discipline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and customer success.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capture new opportunities in emerging regions and sectors.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B sales leadership, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • AI passion and domain knowledge is essential.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling international sales teams.
  • Track record of closing enterprise and strategic partnership deals ($100K+ ARR).
  • Strong negotiation and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of partnership ecosystems and channel sales.
  • Bonus: Experience in CPG, beverages, or global trade industries.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, founder's mindset — able to both close big deals and scale the system.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and incentive structure designed to attract and reward top sales leadership talent. The package includes a fixed base salary, performance bonuses, and commissions, with additional long-term incentives available for exceptional performance.

Work Location & Travel

  • Base: Vadodara Office – Darshnam Arise, TF-10 (preferred HQ)
  • Travel: International travel required for client meetings, trade shows, and strategic partnerships.
