Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Vadodara. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing sales management activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales growth to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Leadership skills in Team Management and coordinating internal teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the LED lighting or solar industry is a plus
