Our expertise extends beyond email marketing into display advertising, social media, and native ads, allowing us to provide comprehensive digital marketing solutions.
Currently we are looking for Customer Support/Marketing Executive who is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Publishers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the success of their campaigns. This role requires a combination of Marketing Management skills and client management expertise to drive growth and ensure that Publisher receive the best possible results from their campaigns.
Experience: 1-7 Years
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Publishers
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing Affiliate manager, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new Publisher, ensuring a smooth integration into the company's network
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate partnerships, hospitals, and senior citizen communities.
- Manage end-to end cycle from led generation to closing
- Collaborate with Publisher, to understand their goals and tailor campaigns that meet their objectives.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new Publisher, ensuring a smooth integration into the company's network.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing is preferable or bachelors degree with proven track experience
- 1-7 years of experience customer support and in sales is preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
