**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will work closely with other teams to provide timely and accurate responses, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring a smooth handover and timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
- Educate customers on company products, services, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest enhancements to boost customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar position.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong empathy and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
