We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.

  2. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries.

  3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

  4. Enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

  5. Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.

  6. Able to make professional videos like animated ones.

  7. Collaborate with the team to develop customer support strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Fresher (0-1 year of experience).

  2. Bachelor's degree in any stream.

  3. Excellent communication skills (English).

  4. Strong problem-solving skills.

  5. Team player with a customer-centric approach.

  6. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
